Under general direction from the Payroll & Benefits Supervisor, and functioning as an integral part of the UTM Human Resources Team, the Payroll & Benefits Specialist provides a wide range of human resources support and information to client departments and individual employees regarding payroll, benefits and pension matters, HRIS data integrity, position maintenance, reporting, training and participating in various activities and projects.
