About this role
Reporting to the Manager of Mental Health and Addiction Services, the incumbent is responsible for the screening and coordination of initial service requests for all programs within Mental Health and Addictions Services in the former health region. The Intake Facilitator provides screening, triage, assessments for urgency/risk, and coordinates case assignments. The position facilitates crisis response and short-term support for services to clients presenting with a variety of mental health and addictions issues.
