The Early Childhood Psychology (ECP) program provides both developmental and preventive psychological services to children from birth to entering school. ECP services include assessment and diagnosis of developmental delays, provision of individualized programs for infant/toddler/preschool children who are experiencing developmental delays, and provision of information and counselling to families, caregivers, and other agencies.
