Under the direction of the Primary Health Care Manager, the Program Development Educator (PDE) integrates knowledge and skill reflective of the Health Services models of care and principles of adult learning, in the provision of education, research, and quality client centered care for a defined group of clients. The incumbent will provide visible, proactive leadership and promote the delivery of client centered care through identified education and programming.
