Reporting to a Continuing Care Saskatoon Urban Program Services Manager, the Supportive Care Projects Coordinator (SCPC) is responsible for mentoring and leading quality improvement and risk management in assigned special care homes within the Continuing Care Saskatoon Urban portfolio. This encompasses planning, design, coordination, education, implementation and evaluation of projects and initiatives as identified by the Department and the SHA. The SCPC, collaborates with other Departments and areas within the Saskatchewan Health Authority to improve and standardize practice in long term care
