The Home Care Nurse will be responsible to provide Home Care nursing services, assessment, health promotion and health education to clients on Cote First Nation and Keeseekoose First Nation Reserves. The Home Care Nurse will support clients to attain their optimum level of independence. The Home Care Nurse will follow the Scope of Practice of their regulatory body, as defined by SRNA.
