As a Clerk of the Court appointed under The Court Officials Act, 2012,3(3)(c) Chap. C-43.101 and Chief Court Official, Judicial Officers provide assistance to the Provincial Court Judge while court is in session in urban centers, as well as traveling to circuit points within the province. Court sittings include adult criminal, youth criminal, traffic, family and small claims matters, dockets, trials, preliminary inquiries and other hearings as well as case management hearings.
