About this role
The Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) reports to the Director of Emergency Medical Services and when on site in a facility to the designated Supervisor/Charge Nurse. EMTs provide direct pre-hospital, emergency and patient care. They assist with the operations of the facilities they serve. The only restriction that has been identified governing their participation in these departments is; No duties can restrict them from responding immediately to any ambulance calls.
