This job plans, develops, implements and establishes health care policies and standards of practice for the provision of health services to clients. The role conducts evidence-based best practice research, jurisdictional scans and consults with internal and external stakeholders. This role also analyzes needs, trends and program outcomes to influence and guide decision making. They review health services to respond to client complaints and appeals, ministerial and other referrals regarding client health care.
