About this role
This individual will understand the role of Public Prosecutions within the criminal justice system and Prosecutions’ practices. That includes full facility with Prosecutions’ file and case management systems and communication protocols for dealing with Justice partners. You will work under the supervision of a Senior Crown Prosecutor and will be expected to communicate in a concise, professional manner with Prosecutors, defense counsel, Provincial Court Officials, R.C.M.P. members, municipal police officers, Victim Services, victims, and other partners in the criminal justice system.
