The Contract Specialist is responsible for the development, drafting, negotiation and execution of specific categories of contractual arrangements for SHA including, but not limited to, funding, information technology, licence, services, consulting, data sharing, and research agreements. The Contract Specialist is responsible for the facilitation of activities that are required to support the implementation of any such contract with appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
