The Consultant, Workplace Wellbeing is responsible for providing a range of confidential services to students, residents, and physicians experiencing concerns/conflict in the workplace. They play a key role in supporting and advocating for our members by managing complex cases, facilitating workplace wellbeing initiatives, and providing strategic guidance. This position engages with members, leadership, and other stakeholders at all levels, delivering expert advice, resolution services, and driving systemic changes to foster healthy, engaged, and resilient workplaces.
