Reporting to the Senior Manager, Building Automation & Operations, the incumbent is primarily responsible for developing and updating BAS surveillance schedules and objectives, tracking & reporting on BAS surveillance performance. Work with the Senior Manager and the Building Operations teams to develop an alarm management strategy and reporting. Directs Analysts in the review and interpretation of BAS data and trends related to HVAC control issues.
